Design Process

Research

To better understanding our users, online ethnography and interviews were conducted to collect the user data. Knowing the user behaviours through the job searching process and their needs.

Ideate

Grounded by the research findings and insights, a design sprint has been developed and the team came up with several ideas for evaluation.

Develop

After verifying the idea with persona and user journey, a series of wireframes were developed and later converted to a clickable prototype for user testing,

Persona

2 persona profiles, Henry & Ginny, have been developed based on the findings of user research. The profiles guided the ideation process and were used to evaluate the design ideas.

User Journey

Going through the job seeking process with Harry and Ginny, the user journey map indicated all the milestones in the job searching of our users, including the behaviors, thinkings and emotions in each touch point. Also identifying the opportunity of what could be done better in our product.

Wireframes

Few iterations of wireframes developed and converted into a low fidelity prototype. The MVP was an online job portal which connects the inclusive employers to potential candidates, and also provides accessible tools and languages for people in needed.
